Orders & Payments
When will my order be shipped?
We carefully prepare your order within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Bancontact, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Marlie gift cards.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us promptly at hello@marlie-kids.com—we'll do our best to help.
Deliveries
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country (on average 2 to 5 working days).

Do you ship internationally?
Yes 🌍 We deliver to several European countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland, and more.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link will be emailed to you upon shipment. You can also find it in the “Orders” section of your customer account.
What should I do if I have not collected my parcel within the specified time frame?
If your parcel has not been collected within the time frame specified by the carrier (collection point or post office), it will automatically be returned to our warehouse.
If you would like your parcel to be returned to you, it will of course be possible to reschedule delivery. Please note, however, that you will be charged new delivery fees for this second shipment. (applicable rates: see ‘Delivery’ page)
To arrange for your order to be re-shipped, please contact our customer service department by email or via WhatsApp.

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days after delivery to make your request. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with their original tags.

Can I return an item purchased with in-store pickup directly in store?
No, in-store returns are not available for orders placed with in-store pickup.
Please use our online return form and follow the instructions on the Returns page.
When will I be reimbursed?
Upon receipt and validation of your return by our teams, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days .
