When will my order be shipped?

We carefully prepare your order within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email as soon as it leaves our warehouse.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by credit card, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Bancontact, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Marlie gift cards.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country (on average 2 to 5 working days).

How do I track my order?

A tracking link will be emailed to you upon shipment. You can also find it in the “Orders” section of your customer account.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 14 days after delivery to make your request. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with their original tags.
