How to generate a return?
You can return your items if they do not suit you, under certain conditions.
Return conditions
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery (home or relay point).
- The return package must also be dropped off at a relay point of the carrier indicated within the same time frame.
- Items must be: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unworn, and with their original tags.
Any product that does not meet these conditions will be considered non-compliant and cannot be refunded.
Return procedure
You can start your request directly here: 👉 access the return form
- Log in to your customer account.
- Go to "Orders" and select the relevant order.
- Click on “Return my order”.
- Fill out the form
- Choose the items to return.
- Add a reason for return for each item (and, if necessary, a message or photo).
- Select your preference: voucher or refund*.
- Validate the request.
You will receive a confirmation email with the return label and instructions.
*If a voucher or gift card was used at checkout, the refund will be made to it first.
Return shipping
- The return is at the customer's expense, via the same carrier as the initial order.
- The return address is already pre-encoded on the provided label.
- If the original packaging is damaged, you can use sturdy packaging of your choice.

How much does a return cost?
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer .
They are automatically deducted from the refund amount after your return has been processed.
The price depends on the country where the return package is sent.

* If you received free delivery (through a voucher or the total amount of your order) and you return your entire order , the initial delivery costs as well as the return costs will be charged .
(This rule only applies in Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and France.)
Where can I drop off my package?
CHRONOPOST
Once your label has been generated and printed, simply stick it on your return package, then drop it off at the Chronopost relay point of your choice.

Returns may take a little longer than shipments: allow approximately 10 business days.
When the tracking indicates “delivered”, this means that your package has arrived at our warehouse in Valenciennes.
He will then be transferred to Belgium, where our team will process him as quickly as possible .
You will of course be notified by email as soon as this is done 💛
BPOST
Once your label has been generated and printed, stick it on your return package, then drop it off at a Bpost relay point or post office .

Return may take up to 10 business days .
As soon as the tracking shows “delivered”, this means that your package has arrived in our warehouse in Belgium .
Our team will take care of it quickly, and you will receive a confirmation email as soon as your return has been processed 💛
